Customers can shop with us in-store or online (via WhatsApp, Instagram, or our official website, if available). Our product listings include important details such as usage, sizes, and special features to help you make informed choices. We ensure that all products are packed safely and hygienically before delivery or pickup.

We strive to maintain stock availability, but in the event that a product is temporarily out of stock, our team will inform you promptly and offer suitable alternatives or a refund.

For online orders, once payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 1–2 working days and provide delivery updates. Please ensure that all shipping details are correct to avoid delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a product might not meet expectations. At Botaniqué, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • Only unopened, unused, and undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items, such as razors, sanitary products, or opened toiletries, are non-returnable for safety reasons.

  • If you received a wrong or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost, or issue a refund/store credit.

  • Return shipping (if applicable) is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our side.
